You might need to specify what you mean by “cannot follow”. Is the Follow button missing? Are you getting an error when clicking the Follow button (and if so, what does it say)? Have you attempted to follow too many people? - Provide all relevant details and someone might be able to advise.

the follow button is there, when I tap on it it says following and immediately corrects to follow back
Ok two questions -
Happening in the IOS app.
Not above the limit. Maybe 25 if I am guessing. I only have like 100 friends on there… did try again today, still not working.
Have others been able to Follow you?
What privacy settings do you have? Public, Followers only or Private?
I would recommend Followers.
Also, do check with the people that you are trying to Follow, make sure they don’t have a setting that prevents you from Following them.

Anyway, as he mentioned he wasn't sure whether he found your profile correctly - you might want to podt your profile link here.
Also - you can try whether you can follow your friends when you login via www.strava.com/dashboard (i.e. on the web, not in the app). If you can, then there's a problem with the app on your phone. If you can't, it's a problem with your profile (such as, trying to follow too many people at once - the limit I’ve mentioned earlier)

However, I think we may have found that it’s an issue with your App installation rather than your account. In which case remove and reinstall is the next step.
